To fit comfortably when you secure your hand into the Armlock Sleeve, choose a size that would be appropriate for you:

Small: 70-83mm (2.75 – 3.25 inches)
Medium: 84-91mm (3.25 – 3.6 inches)
Large: 92-110mm (3.6 – 4.3 inches)

As the ArmLock is an elastic sleeve, it has a maximum bicep size.

Max bicep circumference:

Small: 33cm (12.9 inches)
Medium: 39cm (15.3 inches)
Large: 42cm (16.5 inches)
