The ArmLock brace is designed to support and relax the forearm and elbow area for greater comfort during daily activities. Its adjustable design provides a gentle stretch that encourages natural movement and flexibility over time. Just 30 minutes of daily use helps maintain comfortable mobility and overall arm performance. Ideal for people with active or repetitive tasks that require gripping and pinching such as dental work, construction, office work, or gaming.
Helps Restore Long Term Mobility
Wearing the ArmLock for just 30 minutes a day, consistently, can help restore mobility and relieve elbow pain.
On in Seconds
Effortlessly wear ArmLock in seconds with our step-by-step guide for instant results.
Comfortable, Adjustable & Sleek
The ArmLock is both adjustable and stylish, designed for a smooth, comfortable experience. You have full control over the tension, allowing you to set the exact level of stretch that feels right for you.
-
Step 1.
Just slip on the ArmLock Brace and follow our step-by-step instructions for a secure, comfortable fit. Once in place, the brace applies a gentle, sustained stretch to the muscles in your forearm, helping to ease tension, reduce elbow pain and promote natural recovery.
-
Step 2.
You don’t need to wear the ArmLock Brace all day. Just spend 30 minutes a day, and week by week you will start to feel the difference and start relieving your elbow pain. Consistently stretching during this time can gradually loosen the tissues and muscles, improving mobility and recovery.
-
Step 3.
Enjoy your pain relief! Work can be repetitive, and sometimes the pain comes back. If your elbow pain returns, just slip the ArmLock brace back on.
Curious About How it Works? Watch this!
It's Right For:
Hands-On Professions
Jobs that require repeated gripping or pinching, like dental work, construction, or mechanics can put continuous stress on your elbow tendons. Over time this can lead to some very restricted tissues contributing to tennis elbow.
It's Right For:
Office Work
Sitting at a desk all day, typing, or using a mouse can cause repetitive strain on your forearm and elbow, sometimes resulting in tennis elbow. Poor posture and prolonged activity tighten muscles and increase discomfort.
It's Right For:
Gaming
Long hours of gaming can strain your forearm and elbow muscles, leading to discomfort or even tennis elbow. Repetitive motions from using a mouse, keyboard, or controller can tighten muscles and increase pain over time.

"I had been suffering from undiagnosed tennis elbow for more than a year and it was debilitating. Carrying things at certain angles just wasn’t possible. After a quick consultation with Mark, he was able to diagnose my tennis elbow and recommended I try out the ArmLock brace. The first few 30-minute sessions were mildly painful due to the tightness of the muscles in my forearm. Within a week, the soreness from the sessions abated and my arm felt better.
I continued using it every second day for the next 3 weeks and the symptoms are largely gone. Strength and mobility have returned and I continued using to use it sporadically if my arm feels tight. Super pleased with the outcome and highly recommend to anyone suffering from tennis elbow. You don’t have to live with this pain!"

"After one use of 20 minutes after an 8 hour shift (during which, due to the nature of ASL (American Sign Language) his wrists were often extended), he reported he was feeling much better. He rated his change in discomfort a 7/10 to a 1/10. During this trial and subsequently since, he took no pain meds or ice, and I didn't do any massage or stretching. He used it again about a week later after another long 8 hour shift and he rated his pain reduction from a 6/10 to a 0/10."

"Much gratitude to my physiotherapist for prescribing this brace for me. I did not feel much change initially, but by day 10 my pain was down to a 6/10. At 4 weeks, it was down to only 2/10 and I did not feel the need to wear my compression sleeve anymore. By 6 weeks I was pain free. I wore the brace consistently about 4 times per week.
I was a bit intimidated by the brace initially, but after a bit of practice it was really easy to use. As my dominant arm was affected, I couldn’t do much when I was stretching so I just watched TV. I am very pleased with this product and recommend it to my patients."

"Buying the brace, I was skeptical, after I’ve been in physio for 6 months with no improvements. I was willing to try anything. Within 4 days my pain was pretty much gone. I have been using it every day with improvements every day. Only thing I would say is the glove a little small for my sausage fingers. Thank you for making such an amazing product."

"I am a 53 year old active nurse, but I also help on the farm. I honestly think that my elbow issue was from the farm work. I have suffered from tennis elbow for the past 6 months, aggravated by shoveling and lifting. It was so bad that I was in constant pain until I tried Mark’s ArmLock Sleeve. After a week I started to notice an improvement. By 4 weeks I was pretty well pain free, able to do chores without suffering from tennis elbow symptoms.
I really appreciated that I could do the therapy on my own in my own home. I highly recommend this product."

"I haven’t used it for a few months, but I’m certain it’s what did the trick for me. I’m a contractor with extreme repetitive tasks and haven’t felt the need to use it for quite some time, things like a miracle if ya ask me, which I suppose you are, lol.
I’d recommend your product to anyone."

I have been pain free for over six months and am thrilled to have discovered a passive treatment that I can do in the comfort of my own home, at a time of my choosing and convenience."

"My elbow has been very sore for a long time. I have been using the brace for a little over two weeks using a heat pad wrapped around my elbow for 25 minutes then put on the brace for twenty minutes. When I take the brace off it feels a little tight but then I wrap it again with the heat pad for another twenty-five minutes and it is pain free. This is an excellent product and I would recommend it to anyone with elbow pain similar to mine."

"Desperate to find a solution to early retirement at the age of 33 I found Armlock and I’m so glad I did. 20-30 minutes of stretching a day have made my job and my social life care-free again. The brace is comfortable and easy to put on. Gives mommy twenty minutes of downtime after a long day to stretch out tight muscles and recharge for the next day. Within days I found relief. It feels so good to stretch out years of overwork on my arms."

"Back in June 2025 I used power tools and a sledgehammer on a home renovation project. My elbow became bad enough that I couldn’t grip any light weight with my fingertips without feeling a sharp pain in my elbow. Even typing on my keyboard would make me feel like sharp pain in my elbow. Time went on that I was thinking the pain would never go away. Being physically active and going through several sport injuries, stretching has always been a big part of my recoveries. After 4 weeks of stretching with the Armlock, I noticed significant improvement. Now, 3 months later, all the pain is gone."

What the Armlock Treats
The Armlock treats Tennis Elbow by stretching the muscles that have been involved in repetitive work or play. Thousands of daily repetitions can inflame the tissues and slowly over time cause these muscles to become tight, forming knots, and trigger points which refer pain to the lateral epicondyle. Just as a heart muscle can refer pain to the shoulder during a heart attack, the forearm muscles refer pain to the outside point of the elbow.
How Does It Work?
The ArmLock device works by putting the muscles implicated in Tennis Elbow on a gentle, but prolonged stretch, essentially “pulling out” these tender areas. The stretch recommended is half an hour a day. It may be a constant stretch, but several periods of 10 minutes works as well.
The device consists of Velcro at the tips of the fingers and the corresponding Velcro in the palm. The Velcro is specialized in that it grips in one direction only, allowing the fingers to flex against the palm, but preventing them from extending. With the fingers locked in flexion, the rest of the device locks the elbow into extension and the wrist into flexion and pronation.
